This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape our newly integrated Anti‑Social Behaviour Service within Housing.

Following the recent transfer of Bristol's Anti-Social Behaviour Service into Housing Management and Estates Services, we are bringing together neighbourhood management and ASB services to create a stronger, more joined-up approach to supporting residents, tackling community concerns and delivering safer neighbourhoods for our residents.

You will lead delivery of our ASB Action Plan, helping to transform the service through a stronger focus on prevention, partnership working, resident engagement and continuous improvement. Working closely with Tenancy Management teams, legal services, safeguarding partners, Avon and Somerset Police and wider stakeholders, you will ensure residents receive a responsive, effective and compassionate service.

You Will

  • Oversee complex, sensitive and high-risk cases.
  • Drive service improvement and transformation activity.
  • Strengthen partnership working across the city.
  • Use performance information, customer insight and resident feedback to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the delivery of safe, well-managed neighbourhoods where residents can thrive.

The role is central to our ambition to improve resident confidence, deliver excellent landlord services and meet the expectations of the Regulator of Social Housing's consumer standards.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring leader who combines operational expertise with a genuine passion for improving residents' lives.

You Will Bring
  • Significant experience managing anti-social behaviour services and complex casework.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.
  • Experience leading service improvement and managing change.
  • Excellent knowledge of housing, tenancy and ASB legislation.
  • Strong partnership-working and influencing skills.
  • The ability to use data, insight and resident feedback to drive performance and improve outcomes.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding services for residents and communities.

Most importantly, you'll share our belief that everyone deserves to feel safe in their home and neighbourhood.
