Job summary

Bristol City Council are seeking an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Team Manager to lead the newly integrated ASB Service within Housing Management. You will guide prevention, investigation and resolution of ASB, driving the ASB Action Plan and transforming service delivery with a focus on resident engagement and partnerships.

This role offers the chance to influence service design across Housing, work with policing, safeguarding partners and wider stakeholders, and to deliver safer

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing anti-social behaviour services and complex cases.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.
• Experience leading service improvement and managing change.
• Excellent knowledge of housing, tenancy and ASB legislation.
• Strong partnership-working and influencing skills.
• Ability to use data and resident feedback to drive outcomes.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding services for residents.
