At the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, our Housing IT team plays a vital role in helping residents access the services they need. As our new Application Support Officer, you'll be key to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes – supporting our systems, our users, and ultimately, our local community.
You’ll be based in the Borough for three days a week, playing a key role in serving the local community. Whether you’re working on the frontline or behind the scenes, you’ll be part of a dedicated team making a real difference to residents’ lives.
A solid background in IT and enthusiasm for problem-solving. Experience with Housing Applications (e.g., Dynamics 365 CRM, One Housing, Keystone, Service Connect) and ticketing systems is essential. You should be able to work well with others, document clearly, and communicate with care. A proactive, positive mindset with a desire to learn and improve is highly valued.
