A government client is seeking an administrative professional for their London office. The ideal candidate will have GCSE qualifications and proven experience in office management, communication, and data handling. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Location: Working patterns will be 5 days in the office at Sandgate Street, London SE15

Essential
1. Educated to GCSE standard with appropriate word processing qualification.
2. Knowledge of workplace processes required to maintain recognised performance and quality measurement standards
3. Experience of working in an administrative capacity in either the private or public sector.
4. Experience of developing and maintaining efficient office management and records systems and procedures.
5. Experience of working within a multi-discipline team
6. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
7. Ability to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines when faced with conflicting priorities.
8. Ability to initiate and carry out work independently as well as working as part of a team.
9. Good written and oral skills.
10. Ability to produce complex reports and take meeting minutes,( noting key tasks, participants, responsibilities and action points arising from staff, residents or other meetings.)
11. Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to deal with a wide range of individuals both internally and externally.
12. Ability to accurately input data to business systems.
13. Ability to use and produce documents using IT applications including word-processing, spreadsheets and databases.
14. Well organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage company priorities
