You will guide new starters, supervise Room Attendants and ensure the housekeeping operation runs smoothly in a vibrant hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an efficient operation on the shift and take responsibility for team briefings.
• Guide new starters through the fundamental steps of services for Housekeeping.
• Supervise, mentor and develop the Room Attendants assigned to your section.
• Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience.
• Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
• Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
