Splendid Hospitality Group's Hilton London Bankside is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member for night shifts. You will help keep guest areas spotless, fresh, and welcoming to ensure a seamless overnight guest experience.

You will work quietly, manage cleaning duties to high standards, respond to guest requests with warmth, report hazards, monitor supplies, and coordinate with the day team to hand over smoothly.

• Taking pride in cleaning and maintaining guest areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation during the night.
• Responding to guest requests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or hazards promptly, supporting a safe and smooth-running hotel.
• Helping with monitoring supplies and minimise waste across all housekeeping areas.
• Working independently with care and precision, maintaining a high level of cleanliness while respecting guests’ rest and privacy.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues to hand over information and ensure a seamless transition for the day team.
