Job summary

Accor is seeking a Room Attendant at a Glasgow hotel to ensure clean, welcoming guest rooms and a high standard of service. The role offers an hourly rate of £13.75 and a minimum of 16 hours per week with a weekly rota. Shifts are 9am on weekdays and 10am on weekends, providing stable, customer-focused work in a dynamic hospitality environment.

This position supports Accor’s Heartist culture, with opportunities for development and progression within the Accor group and its Novotel brand family.

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage.

Job Description

Job Title : Room Attendant

Hourly Rate: £13.75 per hour

Hours: 16hrs minimum per week (weekly rota)

Shift Patterns:

• Monday-Friday: 9am start time
• Saturday-Sunday: 10am start time

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Warm, caring, and approachable personality; previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, work efficiently, and consistently meet high standards within set timeframes
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, comfortable, and well-presented guest rooms
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
