Job summary

Accor is hiring for a housekeeping position in the United Kingdom. You will clean and maintain guestrooms to hotel standards, respecting guest privacy and safeguarding belongings, while personalising guest experiences with attentive service.

You will restock supplies, report maintenance issues promptly and collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs. The role supports Green Key commitments and promotes a welcoming stay for guests across our hotels.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred but not essential.

Job Description

Shifts are:

• Either 9am start or 2pm start and are usually around 6-7 hours
• They will include weekends
• We would expect you to work 5 shifts per week

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is a feather in your duster, but not essential.
• The ability to read guests' minds (okay, not really, but being attentive and anticipating needs is pretty close!)
• An eagle eye for detail that can spot a speck of dust from a mile away.
• A knack for making guests feel so welcome, they might forget they're not at home.
• The magical power to transform chaos into order faster than you can say "turndown service"
