Responsibilities

• Cleans and tidies rooms, bathrooms and common areas in line with hygiene standards.
• Ensures rooms look attractive and are well prepared for guests.
• Checks equipment is in good working order and reports defects.
• Maintains guest documentation and restocks supplies in rooms.
• Handles lost property according to procedures and uses cleaning products safely.
• Manages trolley, cleaning supplies and room service trays as needed.

Job Description

You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing

• Cleans and tidies rooms, bathrooms and common areas in line with the rules of hygiene and cleanliness and the procedures implemented by the hotel


• Ensures that rooms look attractive


• Checks that equipment is in good working order, informing the Housekeeper of any defects


• Ensures that guest documentation in the rooms is complete and up-to-date


• Applies the procedure for handling lost property


• Respects guidelines on the use of cleaning products


• Handles hotel equipment, complimentary welcome gifts and room linen with due care


• Cleaning and restocking the trolley


• May have to clear room-service tray
