RBH Hospitality Management Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable space guests love to return to.

You will clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with attention to detail, change linens, refresh towels, and replenish in-room amenities to meet guests’ needs. A positive, team-focused attitude is essential for busy shifts.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with other team members and respond to guest needs.
• The ability to work efficiently, staying organised and focused during busy shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to.
• Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every room is guest-ready.
• Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels, keeping everything looking fresh and inviting.
• Replenish in-room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need.
• Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.
• Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience.
