Job summary

Brandon Hall Hotel & Spa in Warwickshire is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Member to join our welcoming team. Help maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable stay.

You will follow brand standards, health and safety guidelines, and daily room quotas while supporting colleagues to deliver warm, attentive service for guests visiting Coventry, Kenilworth and Warwick.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to a high standard, including beds, bathrooms, and surfaces
• Replenish amenities, towels, and linens according to standards
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
• Follow cleaning checklists and brand standards
• Maintain a clean and organised housekeeping trolley
• Respect guest privacy and handle lost property appropriately
• Follow health & safety and COSHH guidelines at all times
• Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and timings
• Support team members and respond to guest requests when needed
