Job summary

Brandon Hall Hotel & Spa in Warwickshire near Coventry is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Members to join our restaurant, bar and events spaces. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and drinks, and help maintain a spotless service area.

You’ll work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver warm, attentive hospitality across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events. No two days are the same, and a welcoming, guest-focused approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly approach
• Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and presented to standard
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items
• Process payments accurately using the POS system
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in service areas
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, or event service as needed
• Respond to guest requests and resolve minor issues promptly
