Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team responsible for delivering clean, fresh rooms and spotless public areas. You will uphold high cleaning standards, report issues, and ensure safety across site operations. This role offers career progression and flexible hours.

You’ll train and motivate staff, monitor stock levels for cleaning and linen, and participate in on-site safety and quality controls. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Have some prior experience working in hotels, as a housekeeper or supervisor
• A good leader and motivator who can inspire others
• Fanatical about delivering exceptional customer service
• Ready to roll your sleeves up and lead by example
• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks according to company standards
• Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues and damages
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock, linen stock and linen quality stock
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas

Responsibilities

• Lead your housekeeping team to deliver clean, fresh rooms and spotless public areas
• Work with your team, helping with tasks like making beds and cleaning bathrooms when needed
• Report any damage and ensure everyone’s safety
