Job summary

Champneys Tring in Hertfordshire is seeking a Supervisor to support the housekeeping department under the Head Housekeeper. You will lead a team, manage daily operations, and strive to improve guest satisfaction while ensuring safety and COSHH compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping environment preferred.
• Ability to deliver consistent level of service in challenging environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work to improve productivity and efficiency of room cleaning.
• Analyse guest data to plan resources and materials required to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain strong working relationships with GM, Hotel Team, HSK team and suppliers.
• Identify ways to improve Guest Satisfaction.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policy, COSHH/Manual Handling.
• Recruit, train, manage and monitor team performance daily/weekly.
• Deliver and exceed financial targets.
• Manage expenditure and payroll to ensure budgets are achieved.
• Participate in training to improve skills and performance.
• Solve routine challenges that occur on the job.
