Job summary

WGC Ltd. is seeking a Supervisor to support the housekeeping department, reporting to the Head Housekeeper. You will lead a team, drive productivity, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel services preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve productivity and efficiency of room cleaning operations.
• Analyse guest data to plan resources and materials for operations.
• Maintain strong working relationships with GM, hotel teams, and suppliers.
• Identify ways to improve guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and COSHH/Manual Handling.
• Recruit, train, and manage team performance daily/weekly.
• Deliver and exceed financial targets and manage payroll within budgets.
• Participate in training to improve skills and performance.
