Job summary

De Vere Horsley Estate in East Horsley is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily room cleanliness and guest comfort across a 175-bedroom hotel with multiple facilities.

You will lead by example, motivating a diverse team, manage stock orders, laundry counts and rotas, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained throughout the property. This role includes generous benefits and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• You have previous experience in a similar role - Hotel housekeeping experience is desirable, but is not essential
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained throughout the hotel
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, prioritising tasks and managing work schedules to meet operational requirements

Housekeeping Supervisor

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness?

Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at De Vere Horsley Estate – a 175 bedroom Hotel in East Horsley.

From meticulously clean rooms to thoughtful touches, you will check bedrooms on a daily basis, proactively addressing any housekeeping-related requirements to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. You will instill in your team the importance of paying attention to every detail, no matter how small, to create memorable moments for guests
