• Previous experience in a similar role - hotel housekeeping desirable but not essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Strong communication skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent organisation and time management to meet operational requirements.
