About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations within a super prime residential development in the heart of London. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, a discreet and service-oriented approach, and a proven track record in luxury environments such as five-star hotels, private residences, or premium hospitality settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, support, and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene are consistently maintained across all residential and common areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections of apartments, corridors, lobbies, lifts, stairwells, and amenities (e.g., cinema, gym, lounges) to ensure pristine condition.
  • Liaise with residents and the concierge/management team to address and resolve housekeeping-related requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain detailed cleaning schedules and checklists in line with luxury standards.
  • Train, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff to ensure excellence in service delivery, grooming, and conduct.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, and place timely orders to ensure continuous operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, COSHH standards, and company procedures.
  • Coordinate with external contractors or specialist cleaners when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff performance, cleaning logs, and incidents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, ideally within luxury residential or 5-star hospitality environments.
  • Exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of residents’ privacy and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Good understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials appropriate for high-end finishes and furnishings.
  • Right to work in the UK.
