We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our TRIBE community as we launched our first TRIBE into the London market in 2022.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

1. Be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, ensuring they are always cleaned to brand standards, well presented, and maintained.
2. Support the running of our hotel by ensuring guests have a memorable experience in a spotless and well put-together room.
3. Lead and inspire the housekeeping team by example, creating an environment that encourages development and progression.
4. Take a hands-on approach to training and supporting your team to uphold high standards.
5. Oversee and check the cleaning and servicing of all bedrooms and public areas.
6. Work with the Head Housekeeper on maintaining and developing the partnership with our external housekeeping provider.

Qualifications

What we are looking for…

1. Previous experience in a similar role, ideally around a year at Supervisor level.
2. An eagle-eye for detail to spot slips in standards.
3. A natural people person who motivates others and fosters a positive environment.
4. Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera or similar systems is an advantage.
5. A passion for excellence and positive impact.
6. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively and create a tight-knit community.
7. A positive, authentic, and courageous entrepreneurial mindset.
