Job summary

The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection seeks a confident Housekeeping Supervisor dedicated to service excellence. You will report to the Housekeeping Manager, contributing to memorable guest experiences across the hotel.

Responsibilities include leading the housekeeping team, planning cleaning services, managing suppliers and costs, and supporting communications and budgeting for the department. This role emphasizes teamwork, IT familiarity, and strong English language skills.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
• Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly.
• A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous.

The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a confident Housekeeping Supervisor with a passion for service excellence.

You will report to the Housekeeping Manager/Head Housekeeper, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the restaurant.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Housekeeper on leading the Housekeeping Team, ensuring that the standards of cleaning, hygiene, stock control and staffing are maintained
• Planning, organising and supervising the cleaning services within the property
• Dealing with suppliers, trade associations, outsourced partners, ensuring linen, uniform, consumable and staff costs are within budget
• Supporting the Housekeeper on all departmental communications

To be successful in the role of Housekeeping Supervisor, we require:
