The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming Housekeeping Attendant with a passion for service excellence. Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow all control measures set by the Head of Department (HOD) at all times.
• Proactively prioritise department needs and effectively manage resources and time.
• Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures.
• Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and drive for optimum results.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects when required.
• Perform turndown duties when required.
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent quality service.
