Job summary

The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Housekeeping Attendant with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Housekeeping Manager, working towards serving our guests and providing a memorable experience during their stay.

This role requires housekeeping assistant experience, a proactive approach to prioritising tasks, and teamwork across hotel departments to ensure outstanding standards and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all control measures set by HOD are followed at all times.
• Proactively prioritise department needs and effectively manage resources and time.
• Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures.
• Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to achieve optimum results.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects when required.
• Perform turndown duties when required.
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent quality service.
