WGC is recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Moxy Birmingham area (NEC, Marston Green). The role requires supervising the housekeeping team, driving productivity, and ensuring high guest satisfaction at a busy hotel. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will oversee daily operations, safety compliance and staff development.

The role offers a fixed hours contract with opportunities for training funding up to £10,000 per year and a clear career progression path within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a housekeeping or hospitality team.
• Ability to train and mentor staff and manage performance.
• Strong understanding of safety policies and COSHH/Manual Handling.

In the role of Supervisor, you will report to Head Housekeeper and be responsible for supporting your team in the day to day running of the housekeeping department.

Your role will include:

• Work to improve productivity and efficiency of room cleaning
