Job summary

WGC Ltd in London is seeking a Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team at Moxy London Heathrow Airport. You will support day-to-day operations, drive productivity, and ensure guests experience high standards of cleanliness.

Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will manage resource planning, budgets, and payroll while fostering teamwork and a strong safety culture on site.

• Adhere to Health and Safety COSHH/Manual Handling.
• Recruit, train, manage and monitor team performance daily/weekly.
• Deliver and exceed financial targets.
• Manage expenditure and payroll to meet budgets.
• Participate in training to improve skills and performance.

About the Role

In the role of Supervisor, you will report to the Head Housekeeper and be responsible for supporting your team in the day‑to‑day running of the housekeeping department.

Responsibilities

• Work to improve productivity and efficiency of room cleaning

• Maintain a strong working relationship with GM, Hotel Team, HSK team and suppliers to ensure clear communication and implementation of best practice

• Recruit, train, manage and monitor team performance daily/weekly
• Deliver and exceed financial targets
