Job summary

Lime FMS Limited in Chester is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and support our housekeeping team within a busy hotel.

You will supervise room attendants, assist the Deputy Head Housekeeper and ensure the highest cleanliness standards, with weekend availability and full-time hours.

The successful candidate will be flexible, hands-on, and committed to delivering guest satisfaction while working closely with management to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a housekeeping team and supporting a Head Housekeeper.
• Able to supervise room attendants and ensure high standards.
• Willing to work weekends and full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of room attendants and support the Deputy Head Housekeeper.
• Assist with checking hotel rooms and on-site supervision in Deputy's absence.
• Be flexible and hands-on with team duties.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join our team and assist in leading and supporting our housekeeping staff.

What are we looking for?

We are looking to take on a multitasking Housekeeping Supervisor working within a busy hotel in Chester. You will hold experience in assisting management and with checking over hotel rooms and supervising a team. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual. Your role will be very varied a will see you carrying out a number of duties.

What will your main responsibilities be?

You will be accountable for successfully supervising a team of room attendants, encouraging and supporting the team, ensuring the highest possible standards are always maintained. You will be providing support to the Deputy Head Housekeeper.

Flexibility is required with helping the room attendants and getting stuck in with the team, you must also be comfortable with supervising the team in the absence of the Deputy Head Housekeeper (when they have days off and are away on holiday.)

Availability:

We do ask for supervisors to be available to work weekends to ensure we have sufficient management on site for the team, on the busiest days of the week. Working hours can be discussed during interview, but we are seeking someone with full time availability.
