Job summary

Park Plaza is seeking a Housekeeping Porter to join our team in Greater London. You will help keep guest rooms and public areas clean, while delivering friendly service to our guests.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.06, 30 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays), substantial staff discounts on hotel stays across Europe, and various welfare perks. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate For The Housekeeping Porter Role Will

• Be responsible for doing guests requests in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Be maintaining stock controls in the pantries.
• Be replenishing supplies, including linen and cleaning material to the outlined stock levels on the floors.
• Have the ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
• Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
