Job summary

The Lensbury in Teddington seeks a meticulous Housekeeper to uphold exceptional standards across guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces. You will make beds, replenish amenities, vacuum, dust and ensure bathrooms are spotless.

Great attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential in a fast-paced hospitality environment. On-site perks include free meals per shift, free parking, and holiday pay based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all assigned areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities.
• Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Empty trash and replace garbage bags.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with Housekeeping duties in public areas, e.g. general cleaning of function rooms, ground floor public areas such as lounges, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
