Job summary

The Lensbury in Teddington is seeking a cheerful, reliable night cleaner to join our friendly housekeeping team.

You will clean and inspect all public areas and function rooms, vacuum under seating, keep leisure spaces tidy, and assist with general housekeeping duties. Shift runs 22:00 to 06:30, with support from a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel, leisure club or general cleaning preferable.
• Neat and methodical approach to work.
• Reliable and good timekeeper.

Responsibilities

• Clean and inspect all public areas and function rooms.
• Vacuum general areas including under seating areas.
• Ensure leisure and club areas are clean, tidy and well presented.
• Replenish and clean toilets and changing rooms to required standard.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties as necessary.
• Flexible duties to cover as required, working within a team.

The Role

We are looking for a cheerful, reliable, motivated night cleaner to work with a dedicated, friendly, supportive team at this unique venue within beautiful surroundings.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and inspection of all public areas and function rooms
• Vacuuming of general areas to include under seating areas as necessary
• Ensuring all areas of the leisure and general club areas are clean, tidy and well presented
• Replenishment and cleaning of toilets and changing room areas to required standard
• Assist within general Housekeeping duties as necessary
• Flexible duties to cover as required, working within a team

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience working in a hotel, leisure club or as a general cleaner preferable
• Neat and methodical approach to work
• Reliable and good timekeeper
• Ability to work without supervision and on own initiative
• Cheerful personality
• Shift time 22:00 - 6:30
