The Barnett, a Hyatt-affiliated hotel, seeks an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations, supervise Supervisors, and uphold cleanliness and service standards in a fast‑paced environment.

This hands‑on leadership role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to train and develop the housekeeping team while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience leading and developing housekeeping supervisors and associates.

Responsabilités

• Support the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations and ensuring departmental standards.
• Provide direct day‑to‑day supervision, guidance, and coaching to Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Assist with training, developing, and evaluating housekeeping supervisors and associates.
• Reinforce departmental expectations, provide real‑time feedback, and address performance concerns in coordination with the Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintain a hands‑on leadership presence, working alongside supervisors and associates to support operational needs.
• Promote a positive, team‑oriented work environment focused on accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
