Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Housekeeping to lead a dedicated team in a care home. You will actively participate in daily cleaning, set high standards, and ensure every room is maintained to the highest quality, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding care environments.

The role requires experience in housekeeping within care homes, hospitals or hotels, strong leadership, and excellent communication with staff, residents and families. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a housekeeping team in care homes, hospitals or hotels.
• Ability to actively participate in daily cleaning alongside staff.
