As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Creating an environment where your team aspires to achieve the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of the Health Resort, its services, facilities, layout, and procedures, including ensuring maintenance spotting and development of maintenance programs are completed and adhered to.
• Maintaining efficient stock control procedures to ensure cost-effective use of products and housekeeping resources.
• Maintaining a professional approach to training and committed to improving standards of self and others.
• Exhibiting good communication skills with all staff and departments, ensuring guests' requirements are met to a 5-star standard to support the operation of the Resort. This includes conducting regular staff meetings to inform staff of relevant information.
