Heckfield Place is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. You will perform after-room duties, attend to guest needs, and ensure rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities include reporting damages, maintaining daily cleaning routines, and working with the team to cover shifts and public areas as required. A supportive environment with growth opportunities awaits.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all after room duties and ensure rooms are cleaned to the highest standard.
• Attend to guest needs swiftly or arrange for someone who can assist.
• Report any damage, dirty or missing items during and after guests’ stay.
• Keep corridors, cupboards and cleaning equipment clean on a daily basis.
• Ensure checklists are signed at the end of your shift.
• Work as a team to service all rooms allocated to you.
• Cover evening shifts and public area duties when necessary.
• Report maintenance issues in rooms, public areas and grounds.
• Represent the department in a friendly and helpful manner to guests and colleagues.

Heckfield Place are offering different aspects across the surrounding grounds, the character of each bedroom is written in the natural materials and meticulous craftsmanship found throughout. Six beautifully distinctive room types, situated in the main house, off the corridors and within the grounds

We are now looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our lovely Housekeeping team.

Responsibilities include:

• Carry out all after room duties
• To attend to guest needs swiftly or find someone who can
• To report any damage, dirty or missing items during and after guests’ stay.
• To ensure that your corridors, cupboard and cleaning buckets are cleaned on a daily basis
• To ensure that you check lists are signed at the end of your shift
• To work as a team to ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest standard
• To service all rooms allocated to you
• To cover evening shift and public area duties as and when necessary
• To report any maintenance issues within the rooms, public area and grounds
• To ensure the consistency of impeccable standard of cleanliness throughout your work
• To assist in the cleanliness of all housekeeping areasTo perform all additional allocated daily tasks
• To represent the department in a friendly and helpful manner to guests and colleagues alike
