Job summary

Crystal Care is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to maintain clean, welcoming spaces in our home. You will support the domestic team, ensuring every area meets high cleanliness standards and contributes to residents' wellbeing.

With full induction training and a supportive team, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, hygienic environment where residents feel cared for. Training will be provided and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and proactive approach to work.
• Reliable, hardworking and organized.
• Enjoys working as part of a team and building positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas of the home to exceptional standards, following cleaning schedules and company procedures.
• Ensure bedrooms, communal areas and facilities remain clean, comfortable and welcoming for residents and visitors.
• Respect residents' privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times.
• Comply with Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection Prevention & Control and all relevant legislation and policies.
• Ensure all housekeeping equipment is used safely and report any faults promptly.
