Job summary

Langstone Quays Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant for a seasonal position across our club and spa facilities, with early shifts starting at 5am. You will join a small team, maintain high cleanliness standards, and help deliver a superb guest experience.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager and Supervisor, you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, work under pressure, and be flexible to cover shifts as required. A positive, detail‑oriented approach is essential.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Assistant to join the resort on a seasonal basis. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager & Housekeeping Supervisor, and working as part of a small team, the successful candidate will have a flexible approach to work and will perform a variety of cleaning tasks across the resort, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained. Candidates will work well under pressure to ensure tasks are completed on time with a commitment to providing the best guest experience at all times.

This role will mainly focus on our club and spa facilities with shifts starting at 5am

Roles and Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the cleanliness throughout the club & spa facilities
• Ensure that cleaning is to the company standards
• Replenish guest amenities as and when required
• Respond to any guest requests
• Report any maintenance issues within any of the areas
• Replenish work trolleys and clean linen on a daily basis
• Ensure cleaning is consistent across the building
• Working quickly and efficiently so guests’ rooms are ready on time for arrival
• Maintain high standard of personal appearance and hygiene including wearing and maintaining a clean uniform at all times.
• Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook including any department specific procedures such as left luggage policy.
• Be aware of and follow all Health and Safety procedures
