Job summary

Away Resorts is seeking a housekeeping operative to ensure guest accommodation sparkles and delights. You will clean bedrooms and living spaces, restock bathrooms and kitchens, and maintain high standards across our parks in Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.

You’ll work on a fixed term contract with variable hours, including bank holidays and Mondays & Fridays, delivering attentiveness, teamwork, and a friendly guest experience in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Vacuuming, dusting and cleaning bedrooms and living spaces.
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms and kitchens.
• Willing to work on bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest accommodation to high standards.
• Ensure bathrooms and kitchens are stocked and tidy.
• Support on Park with guest-facing cleanliness.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

We need you to deliver delight by cleaning and preparing guest accommodation to our high, high standards – and then a little bit higher!

This includes:

• vacuuming, dusting and cleaning bedrooms and living spaces
• cleaning and restocking bathrooms and kitchens

And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. If you’re happy to help even when it’s ‘not your job,’ you’re our sort of person.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays too.

If you can demonstrate the following, we’d love to hear from you:

• Knowing what clean means – which includes attention to detail and getting a genuine thrill from a job well-done
• A friendly and helpful attitude - delightful when you meet guests and good at communicating within your team
• Great at working under pressure
