Job summary

Loveday & Co. is seeking a Bank Housekeeping Assistant in London to support our care home operations and maintain luxury standards. The role involves daily housekeeping in member suites and public areas, with an emphasis on confidentiality and service excellence.

The Bank Housekeeper will participate in mandatory training, wear the provided uniform, and assist with linen, stock management and hygiene duties across our London locations.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
• Experience in housekeeping is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily housekeeping in member suites and public areas.
• Ensure areas are clean and tidy to Loveday standards.
• Undertake member laundry and pressing if required.
• Assist members with housekeeping requests.
• Assist with linen and stock management.
• Ensure daily work meets hygiene standards.
• Attend mandatory training and professional supervision.
• Wear the provided uniform and keep it clean.
• Take care of health and safety for yourself and others.

Scope

We
currently have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeper to join the Loveday
team. The role will involve providing an efficient and confidential
administration service to our care home.

Main
Duties and Responsibilities

• To
  carry out daily housekeeping services in member suites and public areas.
• To
  ensure that all areas are always clean and tidy to the Loveday standards.
• To undertake
  member laundry and pressing if required.
• To
  assist members with any housekeeping requests
• To assist
  with linen and stock management.
• Ensure
  that the daily work is completed to the set hygiene standards
• Attend
  initial and update mandatory training as required. Actively engage in
  personal professional supervision including quarterly one-to-one meetings
  and yearly performance review, ensuring personal professional knowledge
  and competency is maintained.
• Wear
  the uniform provided and ensure that it is kept clean and presentable at
  all times.
• Take
  reasonable care of your own health and safety, and that of other persons
  who may be affected by your actions and carry out your responsibilities in
  ways that ensure a safe and healthy place of work.
• Undertake
  other duties at the discretion of the Head Housekeeper and the General
  Manager.
