Job summary

Loveday Abbey Road in London is seeking a qualified nurse with an active NMC pin to join our luxury care home portfolio. You will oversee person-centred care plans, liaise with families and healthcare professionals, and ensure high standards of clinical care across shifts in a luxury, hospitality-led environment.

The role requires flexibility to work variable hours including evenings and weekends, strong communication, and commitment to exceptional patient well-being within a multi-site London

Qualifications

• Active NMC nursing pin required.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK as part of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed, person-centred care plans in collaboration with members, relatives and healthcare professionals.
• Assess social and health care needs of new members and review all others on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure individualised care plans comply with NMC guidelines and policy.
• Administer prescribed medicines and document records per policy and NMC guidelines.
• Lead and mentor new staff, provide guidance and supervision as needed.
• Ensure home security and safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Carry out additional tasks as reasonably assigned.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Member’s care plans are detailed, robust, up to date, person centred, completed and maintained in conjunction with members, relatives and other healthcare professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy.
• Assessing social and health care needs of new members and maintaining on-going assessment and review of all other members.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each member within the home has an individualised person centred care planin accordance with NMC guidelines & company policy.
• Administrating prescribed medicines and maintaining the appropriate records in accordance with the company’s procedure and NMC guidelines.
• Supervising and mentoring new staff members in all aspects of their work in the home and giving help and guidance where appropriate.
• Ensuring the security of the home is maintained at all times.
• Carrying out any other tasks that may be reasonably assigned to you.

This role requires an active nurse pin with the NMC
