Thornbury Castle Hotel, set on 15 acres near Bristol, seeks part-time housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in communal areas and bedrooms. The role is 20 hours per week, 11:00 to 14:30, across five days including weekends, with a competitive hourly rate and full training provided.

You will assist with linen, guest amenities and daily cleaning tasks, supported by a welcoming team. Benefits include service charge, holiday entitlement, and staff discounts.

Set on 15 acres of beautiful land, Thornbury Castle Hotel is the only Tudor Castle operating as a hotel in England. The Castle has recently undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment program, bringing back to life the regal grandeur of its past. Located 20 minutes' drive from Bristol, it offers 26 rooms and suites, an award-winning restaurant, bar, and two unique meeting and conference spaces.

• £12.71 per hour
• 20 hours per week - 11am - 2:30pm. 5 days a week, including weekend work
• Ensuring all hotel communal areas are cleaned and tidied to a high standard, including vacuuming, polishing and dusting
• Ensuring bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard, including refreshing linen and towels, vacuuming and polishing
• Restocking guest room supplies, including linen, amenities and collaterals
• Engaging with guests where required
• Reporting any maintenance issues to Housekeeping manager
• Cleaning rooms can be very physically demanding but you will receive full training and be surrounded by a supportive team
