Job summary

Belong in Warrington is hiring a part-time Housekeeping Assistant to support the Head Housekeeper. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort across village facilities and households, at 18 hours per week.

You will work to Belong’s values, complete DBS checks, and cannot be sponsored for overseas workers. The rate is £12.00 per hour, with shifts including days, evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NVQ 2 in Cleaning & Building Interiors or equivalent.
• Experience of domestic or commercial cleaning.
• Ability to move and handle loads and use related equipment.

Job description

As Housekeeping Assistant you will assist the Head Housekeeper/Front of House Manager to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort for customers within all village facilities and households.

You will be expected to:

• Deliver domestic services in a manner that upholds the core values of Belong and in accordance with organisational requirements to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of customers, team members and other visiting members of the community that Belong serves.
• Respond to the needs of individual customers for domestic support to enable them to maintain their household accommodation.
• Assist the team by responding to requests for assistance with any aspect of housekeeping including cleaning and laundry tasks.

Rate of pay for this role is £12.00 per hour.

This is a part-time role 18 hours per week.

• Experience of previous commercial or domestic cleaning.
