Job summary

Sanctuary Group is hiring a Cleaning General Assistant to keep communal areas, offices and kitchens clean at St Bartholomew's Court, Playden. You will work in a supportive, not-for-profit environment that values people and delivers high standards of cleanliness and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience with general cleaning duties.
• Some experience in a domestic or catering environment.
• Level 2 diploma in housekeeping or catering, or willingness to work towards.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of health and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Keep communal areas, offices, and kitchens clean and tidy.
• Complete all cleaning duties to a high standard.
• Report any faults or hazards to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure equipment is used safely.
• Help prepare meals and drinks while meeting customers' needs and respecting their privacy and dignity.

Your role

• Keep communal areas, offices, and kitchens clean and tidy
