Job summary

Hythe Imperial Hotel in Hythe is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Assistant to join our friendly team. You will clean, maintain and present rooms to the highest standard, handle linen and assist with public areas as needed.

The role is suited to those with experience or those willing to learn. You must be physically fit, punctual and flexible with hours. This zero-hour contract offers an hourly pay of £12.71 in a busy guest-focused environment.

Housekeeping Assistant

We are looking for experienced Housekeeping Assistants to join our friendly team.

Previous experience is preferred, although training will be provided. We are an extremely busy hotel so the ability to work to time restraints as well as delivering a high standard is essential.

Your Duties

• Cleaning, maintaining and presenting of rooms to the highest standard
• Care of bedroom suites, changing beds and replenishing linen
• To be flexible to assist with servicing public guest areas
• Assistance with stock checking and stock rotation and receiving of goods deliveries
• Strong attention to detail and care
• Attention to detail and taking pride in ‘your rooms’
• Strong understanding of working within a high-end finish environment
