Job summary

Camden Town Hotel in Hampstead is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. You will clean and prepare hotel bedrooms to a consistently high standard and assist with guest comfort, ensuring a welcoming stay for every guest.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays. Training will be provided, and prior hotel housekeeping experience is helpful but not essential. A positive attitude and strong attention to detail are essential.

The role

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team.

In this role, you’ll help ensure our hotel rooms are clean, comfortable and presented to a consistently high standard. You’ll work independently while also supporting the wider hotel team to create a welcoming experience for every guest.

This is a full-time role based on a weekly schedule. Flexibility and availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays are essential.

Key responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and preparing hotel bedrooms to a consistently high standard.
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail.
• Replenishing guest room and bathroom supplies.
• Vacuuming floors and cleaning surfaces, furniture and equipment.
• Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms.
• Reporting maintenance issues, damage or supply requirements promptly.
• Completing periodic and deep-cleaning tasks as required.
• Working efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Following all health and safety, cleaning and hotel procedures.
• Responding to guest and colleague requests in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.
• Supporting the wider hotel team when required.
