Circle Decontamination in Aylesford seeks a diligent Housekeeper to join the Decontamination team. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with flexible shifts including days/nights as required.

Salary is up to £25,518.43 per year (FTE) depending on experience and qualifications. You'll perform day-to-day cleaning of patient, public and staff areas, maintain a safe environment, replenish linen and consumables, and support theatre areas when needed.

Qualifikationen

• Competency in literacy and numeracy.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent level 2 evidence.
• Proficiency in the use of a PC, including software and systems.

Salary: Up to £25,518.43 FTE per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

Circle Health Group Decontamination is responsible for the provision of sterile equipment and instrumentation for use in surgical and interventional procedures in hospitals across England and Glasgow. The unit operates 24 hours a day/7 days a week with rotating shifts covering days and nights as required.

We have an opportunity for a Housekeeper to join their team of staff in the Decontamination department.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift.

Duties of this role include:

• Undertake in the day-to-day cleaning of patient, public and employee areas.
• Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and Circle Health Group employees.
• Replenish linen and consumables.
• Provide flexibility to work in all departments (inc Theatre areas) and at other Circle Health Group sites where appropriate and as requested
• Complete daily task sheets and submit to the Housekeeper Lead on a daily basis for auditing purposes
• Comply with all relevant mandatory training

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Competency in literacy and numeracy
• Good Communication skills
• Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
• Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
