Job summary

Circle Health Group Decontamination is seeking a part-time Housekeeper in Radlett to join the Hotel Services team. The role is 20 hours per week on a permanent basis, with a flexible shift pattern and day/night coverage as required.

Responsibilities include cleaning patient, public and staff areas, replenishing linen and consumables, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for patients and colleagues. Training and auditing tasks are part of the daily routine.

Qualifications

• Competency in literacy and numeracy.
• Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent.
• Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Undertake in the day-to-day cleaning of patient, public and employee areas.
• Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and Circle Health Group employees.
• Replenish linen and consumables.
• Provide flexibility to work in all departments (incl Theatre areas) and at other Circle Health Group sites where appropriate and as requested.
• Complete daily task sheets and submit to the Housekeeper Lead on a daily basis for auditing purposes.
• Comply with all relevant mandatory training.

Housekeeper
Circle Decontamination - Radlett
20 Hours & Permanent
Salary: Up to £25,518.43 FTE per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

Circle Health Group Decontamination is responsible for the provision of sterile equipment and instrumentation for use in surgical and interventional procedures in hospitals across England and Glasgow. The unit operates 24 hours a day/7 days a week with rotating shifts covering days and nights as required.

We have an opportunity for an Housekeeper to join their team of staff in theHotel Services department.

This is a part time role for 20 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

• Undertake in the day-to-day cleaning of patient, public and employee areas.
• Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and Circle Health Group employees.
• Replenish linen and consumables.
• Provide flexibility to work in all departments (inc Theatre areas) and at other Circle Health Group sites where appropriate and as requested

Applicants should meet the following criteria:
