Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related work experience: At least 1 year in a customer service role.
• Supervisory experience: None required.
• License or certification: None required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to high standards.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Dust, polish, and vacuum rooms and corridors.
• Clean bathrooms, replenish amenities, and ensure fixtures work.
• Handle guest requests for additional items or services.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow all company and safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Support the team to reach common goals.
• Listen and respond to the concerns of other employees.
