Job summary

Marriott Leicester is looking for a diligent team player to support our housekeeping operations. You will assist guests with requests, help maintain linen stocks, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across the hotel.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related work experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guest requests such as providing VIP room amenities.
• Communicate and collaborate with Housekeeping Supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain linen and stores in a tidy and organised manner.
• Stock and distribute linens to various departments as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in linen storage areas.
• Perform regular inventory checks.
• Support the housekeeping team by delivering guest requests and stocking carts.
• Handle heavy loads and perform physical tasks such as lifting and transporting linens.
