Job summary

The Inn Collection Group, Bamburgh Castle Inn in Seahouses, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to uphold our high standards. You’ll clean rooms, refresh public areas and keep linen and supplies well stocked for guest stays.

Work with a friendly housekeeping team to deliver a warm, welcoming experience and respond promptly to maintenance needs. Age-related pay rates apply for under 21s.

A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you'll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You'll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
