Job summary

The Seaburn Inn is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our front-line hospitality team on the Sunderland seafront. You will clean guest rooms and public areas to high standards, ensuring a welcoming environment for every guest and maintaining stocks of linens and supplies.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, with a commitment to safety and teamwork to help deliver memorable stays for our guests.

Qualifications

• Friendly and detail-oriented; able to stay calm under pressure.
• Exceed guest expectations and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms to high standards and keep public areas welcoming.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Manage stocks of linen, towels and room supplies.
• Support other housekeeping duties as required.

A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you’ll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
