Job summary

Agincare is seeking staff to join Rodley House as a caring team member. You will help keep residents’ spaces clean, safe, and welcoming, with a focus on warmth and small acts of kindness that enrich daily living.

The role offers 12 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with shifts from 8am to 2pm. A right to work in the UK for at least 12 months and a positive attitude are required.

Responsibilities

• Keep communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming.
• Dust, polish, and vacuum residents' rooms to a high standard.
• Work with the management team to maintain hygiene standards.
• Bring warmth and kindness to residents through small acts - smiles, chats, and friendly presence.
• Your care shows in the details; fresh linens, sparkling spaces and the comfort you help create every day.
