Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is hiring for a part-time role at Rodley House, contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming home for residents. You will support daily living tasks in communal areas and resident rooms with warmth and respect.

The role is 12 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with an 8am - 2pm shift, and offers development opportunities, funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5, and a pension scheme.

Responsibilities

• Keep communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming.
• Dust, polish, and vacuum residents’ rooms to a high standard.
• Assist with hygiene standards in collaboration with management.
• Show warmth and kindness through small acts and presence.
• Ensure fresh linens and tidy spaces for resident comfort.

We’re looking for:
